I would honestly put FNAF1 Freddy up to S Tier and therefore move FNAF 1 Bonnie down to A Tier. Not because of the jumpscare itself, but rather because of the atmosphere Freddy creates that Bonnie just doesn’t have. Freddy only activates in Night 3, which already makes him special, but he also hides from your cameras, you hear his laugh whenever he makes a move and he has the black eyes with white dots instead of the normal animatronic eyes. IMO that should be S Tier material.
